Privacy policy

The short version
This is a static site. It runs no advertising trackers and does not require an account to read anything or download anything. The optional Electrix Updates form is handled by Brevo and requires email confirmation before an address is subscribed.
What is collected
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages and its files are served from Cloudflare R2. As with any web host, Cloudflare processes standard request data — IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp — in order to serve the page and to protect the service from abuse. That data is handled under Cloudflare's privacy policy. We do not add our own analytics layer on top of it.
The contact form
The form at /contact/ is the only contact route on this site. What you type — your name, email address, the product you selected and your message — is sent from your browser to Web3Forms, the form relay this site uses, which forwards it to the Electrix support inbox and handles it under its own privacy policy. This site stores nothing itself: there is no database, no message archive and no log of submissions here.
The form carries a hidden field and a timing check to catch automated submissions. Neither records anything about you, and neither is stored.
Electrix Updates
The email signup in the footer and its delayed pop-up are optional and separate from the support form. If you submit the signup, your email address and subscription activity are sent to Brevo, our email service provider. Brevo sends a confirmation message; you are added to the Electrix Updates list only after you use its confirmation link.
We use that information only for Electrix product news, software releases, and meaningful legacy-support updates. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing suppresses future sends; the minimum record needed to honor that choice may be retained.
This site stores only a small browser-local flag after you submit or dismiss the pop-up so it does not repeatedly interrupt you. It is not used for analytics or advertising and is not sent to Electrix.
When a support message reaches the inbox we keep that correspondence for as long as it takes to resolve your question. We do not add support-form senders to a mailing list. Subscription requires a separate, affirmative signup and email confirmation.
Links out
Some pages link to third-party sites such as Apple, Ableton and Native Instruments support documentation. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which we do not control.
