What we can help with
- A file you can't find. If something that used to be on the old site isn't in Downloads, say which file and we will look for it.
- Setup that isn't working. Check the FAQ first — most cases come down to a remote script version mismatch or a Traktor port conflict. If that doesn't do it, tell us your operating system, host software version and what the hardware is actually doing.
- Documentation gaps. Corrections and additions to anything published here are welcome.
What we can't help with
- Repairs and spare parts. The Tweaker and eBox-44 have been out of production for years and there is no service channel or parts stock for them.
- Warranty claims. All original warranty periods have long since expired.
- New drivers or scripts. Neither product is in active development. What is on this site is what exists.
Include your operating system version, your DAW or DJ software
version, and the exact filename you installed. It saves a round trip
and gets you a useful answer first time.
