Every Electrix product on this site has been discontinued for years. We have limited ability to troubleshoot legacy hardware and cannot provide repairs, spare parts, warranty service, new drivers or new software support.
Before contacting us, open the relevant product page. Its support section contains every manual, download, compatibility note, instruction and FAQ answer we have been able to preserve.
The form is most useful for archive problems: a
missing or unreadable file, an incorrect manual revision, or a factual
correction to something published on this site. If you are reporting
one, include the product name and exact filename or page involved.
